Associate Therapist

I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you feel understood, empowered, yet challenged. I bring warmth and honesty to our discussion; listening with compassion, but unafraid to name what I see and encourage you to openly address what may be holding you back. Together, we can explore the meaning you make of your experiences, identify the beliefs and habits that may leave you feeling stuck, and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling to you.

We all reach moments where survival isn’t enough — we want to understand what a ‘good life’ really means to us. Striving for this can create familiar pressures: unrealistic standards, constant comparisons, and the equating of self-worth to achievement or appearance. Different experiences may shape us, but they don’t have to define us. The most important thing is the meaning we make of them and how we choose to use them to progress. I can help you create meaning that pushes you forward.

Being trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, I nurture an accessible and culturally attuned space for clients from different backgrounds. Forged through a relationship of trust and honesty, I seek to enable new, healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. I will help you slow down, reflect, and meet yourself with curiosity and compassion, and together we can create new pathways for growth and healing.

My therapeutic approach draws from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Adlerian Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My background includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. I’ve supported neurodivergent clients, individuals processing trauma, and patients in inpatient psychiatric units. I have a background as an interpreter for immigration services, where I supported families seeking asylum.

Outside of my counseling work, I enjoy experimenting with videography and exploring hidden gems around New York– whether it’s finding a quiet corner to read, a new park to explore, or discovering new comedy shows!
