I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you feel understood, empowered, yet challenged. I help clients explore perspectives they may not have previously felt safe enough to examine. Listening with compassion, but unafraid to name what I see, I encourage you to openly address what may be holding you back. Together, we can explore the meaning you make of your experiences, identify the beliefs and habits that may leave you feeling stuck, and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling to you. Therapy does not have to be overly formal to be meaningful, and I welcome moments of humor, creativity, and connection as part of the process.

My specialties include Complex Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Relationship & Intimacy Concerns, Perfectionism, Family Dynamics, Assertiveness & Boundary Setting, Identity Exploration, and Personal Growth. I enjoy working with clients who feel stuck and want to build more authentic, fulfilling lives.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology from New York University, and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. My therapeutic approach draws from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’ve supported neurodivergent clients, individuals processing trauma, and patients in inpatient psychiatric units. I have a background as an interpreter for immigration services, where I supported families seeking asylum.

As a Spanish-American therapist, I am fluent in English, Spanish, and French and bring a multicultural perspective to my work informed by my experience navigating multiple languages and cultures throughout my life. I strive to create an accessible and culturally attuned space for clients from diverse backgrounds, with sessions available in both English and Spanish.

Outside of my counseling work, I enjoy experimenting with videography and exploring hidden gems around New York– whether it’s finding a quiet corner to read, a new park to explore, or discovering new comedy shows!
