Life can sometimes feel confusing, unsatisfying, or too difficult to handle by ourselves. You might be experiencing deep pain or things might just feel off. Whether you know exactly what’s wrong or have no idea where to start, I am here to help.
I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be fully yourself and safely explore your unique concerns and aspirations. I view therapy as a dynamic, collaborative process through which we uncover paths to your improved well-being and fulfillment.
Originally from Lyon, France, I have been calling New York City home for the past decade and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. Moving to a new country has made me especially attuned to major life transitions and issues of identity, migration, and acculturation. A former educator, I believe that learning and growth occur through genuine human interaction, and I hold dear the values of curiosity, humility, patience, and persistence.
I work with adult clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief. My therapeutic approach is Existential-Humanistic at its core and integrates Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I offer sessions in English and French.
Outside the therapy room, I love spending time with my husband, walking in nature, reading, drawing, and sharing food and stories with friends.
