Driven by a deep-seated desire to improve lives, I am passionate about mental health and the power of genuine human connection. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where clients can understand their challenges, discover their strengths, and embark on journeys of self-discovery and healing.
My career path, which includes experience in international diplomacy, consists of navigating complex and sensitive situations, mediating conflicts, finding mutually agreeable solutions and a consistent desire to make a positive impact – all reflective of my therapeutic approach. Living in different cities around the world and working in diverse international settings has provided me with a nuanced understanding of the human experience and a sensitivity to cultural dynamics. I believe in approaching each client with curiosity, flexibility, and respect for their unique journey. In our therapeutic relationship, I am dedicated to supporting clients in navigating the complexities of their inner worlds, fostering personal growth, and cultivating authenticity.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics from Rutgers University.
I enjoy early morning walks, spending time with my husband and kids in Central Park, swimming and traveling.
